Every KZID piece is made by hand, one by one. We stand behind what we make.

Legal guarantee

All products carry the legal guarantee of conformity that Spanish law grants consumers (currently 3 years from delivery for lack of conformity, under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). If your piece has a manufacturing defect, you're entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the legal terms.

What it covers

• Manufacturing defects (for example, a clasp or thread that fails under normal use).
• Order errors (wrong piece or colour).

What it doesn't cover

• Normal wear from use.
• Damage from misuse, knocks, or contact with water, perfume, cream, sweat or chemicals (see Product Care).
• Breakage caused by not following the care instructions.
• Modifications made by third parties.

How to claim

Write to [EMAIL] with your order number, a description and photos of the problem. We'll reply with a solution as soon as possible.
