Shipping Policy

At KZID we make every piece by hand with care. Here's how and when your orders arrive.

Processing

Orders are prepared within [1-3] business days of purchase confirmation. During drops or campaigns this may take longer; we'll let you know if so.

Delivery zones and times

• Spain (mainland): [2-5] business days.
• Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: [3-7] business days (taxes/customs may apply in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
• European Union: [4-8] business days.
• Rest of the world: [7-15] business days (state whether you ship internationally or not).

Times are estimates and start once the order is prepared.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on destination. [If you offer free shipping over X euros, state it here.]

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

Delays, issues and undelivered parcels

Once handed to the carrier, delivery times depend on them. If your order is abnormally delayed or there's an issue, write to [EMAIL] and we'll sort it out with you. If a parcel is returned due to a wrong address or repeated absence, we'll contact you to resend it (possible extra costs).

Customs (shipments outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes, payable by the recipient. KZID is not responsible for these charges or for customs delays.
