We want you to love your pieces. If something isn't right, here's what you can do.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.

Return conditions

• The item must be unused, in perfect condition and with its original packaging/tags.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings/piercing pieces cannot be returned once opened or used, except for manufacturing defects.
• Personalised or made-to-order products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to return

Refunds

Once we receive and check the item, we'll process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method you used. The original shipping cost is refunded as required by law.

Exchanges

Want a different piece or colour? Write to [EMAIL] and we'll help you arrange the exchange (subject to availability).

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty item or one different from what you ordered, contact us within [14] days with a photo and your order number. We'll fix it at no cost (repair, replacement or refund), under the legal guarantee of conformity.
